To install a new game type, visit the "File manager" page in your control panel here and follow the instructions to open up your FTP. Navigate to the "savegames" folder and upload the folders for your custom game types.

After a custom game type has been uploaded, you can edit the mapcycle in the init.txt file to use it on a map, by editing the game type specification at the end of an sv_mapcycle_add line there. You can also add or remove maps from your rotation through this file.
