If your Procon client disconnects from the server and doesn't reconnect, it is likely because the server was restarted (such as because of the normal daily restart). Procon has a bug in it that prevents it from detecting server shutdowns when they occur gracefully.

We can put in place a workaround for this bug on our end, if you have this problem. Contact us directly, and we can adjust a flag in our system so that it forcefully shuts down your server instead of gracefully asking it to turn off.
