Universally, yes. Our VDSes have gigE (1 Gbps) connections. We have never seen the case of a VDS that is not under attack which does not have enough bandwidth available for game servers, and it is extremely difficult to fill a 1 Gbps connection with a single VDS using legitimate traffic.
If you feel that you might be using the entire capacity of your connection, check the "Server usage" page in the control panel, and it will tell you whether this is the case. You can also run a MTR from your server to your client to check for packet loss -- if you see loss throughout the trace, then you could be having a connection problem.
If you
do notice unusually large spikes of bandwidth in your graph, or problems with packet loss or high latencies, contact us immediately. The most common cause for these is a
DDoS attack, and we can help you to investigate and filter it.
