Sometimes a problem with ARP occurs after you reinstall your OS, due to an old, cached ARP entry on InterNAP's end. If you're running some version of Linux, give it a good, swift kick with these commands, entered onto the command line via your VNC console:

Code:
ping w.x.y.252 -I w.x.y.z
ping w.x.y.253 -I w.x.y.z
ping w.x.y.254 -I w.x.y.z

Where w.x.y.z is the IP address on your VDS that isn't responding properly.

If you're running Win2k8, you can do the same thing with commands like these:

Code:
ping -S w.x.y.z w.x.y.252
ping -S w.x.y.z w.x.y.253
ping -S w.x.y.z w.x.y.254

Where w.x.y.z is the IP address on your VDS that isn't responding properly.

If this procedure doesn't work, you might have an invalid IP configuration, or the ARP cache might need to be completely reset on InterNAP's side. Please contact us to have them try the latter for you. (Their cache entry will also automatically clear out after 4 hours on its own.)
