Ventrilo is somewhat lame nowadays.
I don't remember when it was the last time they actually rolled out an update.

Back to topic, it will probably be few months before hosts & NFo considers to upgrade Apache because I am sure there will be many bugs/compatibility issues for a while.

Of course if you have a personal vds (me) then it will be probably nice for me to test out.
I actually use Litespeed, but the licensing fees is somewhat killer.
It's much faster than Apache and less hardware demanding.

Hopefully Apache 2.4 delivers what it was promised.
