Do you guys sell domain names?

We don't, but 3rd party domains purchased elsewhere can be used with our web hosting, if desired.

ah ok I added a domain to my account and when I go to view the install directory in the browser I get this

I am a little new to this service. I know everything else I just didn't understand how to use my domain with or without www.

My domain name I am using is 1337gamerlounge.com

When it refreshes in 5 seconds I don't have the option to stop it or refresh it.

Just a side note it was working with www then it just stopped. but I wanted to make it work with the www and without the www so people don't have to put www to view the site.

I see that it is working now.

The system is correct when it says that there can be a delay of up to a minute .

oh I haven't installed anything to the databases I wanted to just get the domain side working 1st. any idea why its got an error?

Ok now I get when I go to install to the database it says it can't connect. I put all the information I have. Do you guys support Webspell?

It sounds as though you are migrating from somewhere else and needed to adjust your database name and information to match what you created on the Databases page.
