I posted a support ticket trying to see why my user can't access the database.

Code:
L 10/03/2010 - 23:05:08: [sm_adsmysql.smx] Database failure: [1044]: Access denied for user 'ngwebhost'@'%' to database 'ngwebhost_ads'
L 10/03/2010 - 23:05:18: [SM] Native "SQL_TQuery" reported: Invalid database Handle 0 (error: 4)
L 10/03/2010 - 23:05:18: [SM] Displaying call stack trace for plugin "sm_adsmysql.smx":
L 10/03/2010 - 23:05:18: [SM]   [0]  Line 124, /home/groups/alliedmodders/forums/files/2/4/5/7/3/38158.attach::SetupAds()

Never had this a problem setting this up before.

Usually this means that the password is incorrectly specified. If you are certain that you're using the right one, have you tried setting a new password through the webhosting control panel's "Passwords" page? Also, is your database set up to allow external connections through its "Databases" page?
