Gmod server issues

I sent in a support ticket and they sent me here I hope you guys can help, here is the ticket I sent in:

I'm not sure if this has to do with the hardlinked files or not but I have a gamemode**custom TTT***/other custom LUA that runs on two other dedicated servers and my listen server. I try to use it on our server with you guys**NFO**, and nothing works. I've been trying to debug this for days and i've come to the conclusion that it must be on your end. Can you please help me figure out what is going on I need to fix this.

Shockingly I found some people with the same problem, kept reading the post and the two people with the problem rent servers from NFO STAFF PLEASE check into this. <3

I just checked my logs, I am getting errors like that as well. That would explain all of the funky shit happening with the lua.

Frustratingly, Garry pushes out a lot of updates without announcing them on the Steam news, and also without marking them as required (no new steam.inf), so servers can continue to run in a hobbled state. I've triggered a check to look for a new garrysmod update, and we'll see what it turns up.

There was indeed a silent server update. That update is rolling out now.

I still have similar errors to the thread that I linked you up with. I hope we can fix the problem we are having NFO staff, I plan on renting for at least a year and id hate to switch hosts you guys have been amazing minus this problem that appears to be on your end.

Everything's up-to-date in our base files now and your server would have all the latest updates, so at this point you would be looking at a problem with your custom configuration or a bug in the game. Have you tried reinstalling it?

By custom configuration do you mean my custom lua? And if so my lua works on two seperate dedicated servers and my listen server not to mention I've used it on 3-4 hosts in the past. By a bug in the game do you mean the default files for source orange box? You have guys done file repairs so I do not think that is it.

Just whatever has been customized (game modes, addons, configuration files, etc).

Garrysmod itself, yes.

With all updates in place and the files fully verified, it can only be one of these two things -- customizations or the game itself.

When I send in a support ticket what do i ask for a full reset?

Asking for a reset or wipe should work, and we can schedule it to occur for you in the early morning. You can also schedule one to occur through your "File manager" page in the control panel.

Few things are happening for starters these three files have never been uploaded to this machine. So why is it calling them?

Ignoring weapons\weapon_ttt_beacon\shared.lua because SE is on and it's not in the VFS

And for some odd reason any LUA that is in garrysmod/autorun/client or server does not work.

After this last wipe we did I set up the server from scratch, started it up and it was running LUA that was on the server BEFORE the wipe we just did. Now I am not sure what is going on but I know for a fact this error is not on my end. Please help me resolve this issue its annoying as hell.

Are you sure that the wipe was complete before you started working on it? Wipes can take quite awhile, and at the end of the wipe, your server will be started up by the system -- you do not need to start it by hand. If you start the server before the wipe is complete, that will cause undefined behavior.

Yep the server was up and running before I started to set it up. And some of this content that its showing was on 2-3 wipes ago as well.
