Because of the outages in the New York servers, are we still getting charged or does the 100% SLA take effect and we do not have to pay while its out?

Hi,

Our SLA applies to this specific incident, yes. We ask that you wait until New York is fully up and working again before opening a request asking for a SLA credit.
