If you are who I think you are, then your servers were shut down because you bounced multiple e-checks. We received notification on those only a couple of hours ago and shut down the servers at that time (these now-unpaid servers had been up for over a week). You will need to discuss this privately with us in a support request.

yes 2 of them are on the other account. I did not want them. but this one i have paid for check your records. i have my invoice receipt. its paid for.

You created two accounts and multiple servers on each account, but you used the same Paypal account for both, so we recognized this. Until the situation with the multiple bounced checks is resolved, both accounts have been suspended.

You need to discuss this further with us in the support request, not here. This is an unresolved personal matter for you and does not affect other customers.
