- Why was the team made:
We've been playing competitive gaming and attending these LAN together for about 3 years. We met a year ago and attended these LAN, we have leaded a Call of Duty 4 team for a year now together and placing in each of those events. We are knowledgeable within the gaming scene and decided to take it to the next step.

- Team Motivation & Goals:
Everything is a learning experience, so every decision we make is always motivating us to do something different.

We currently have sketched a logo and are planning on using it as a temporary splash page. We will be purchasing a domain (http://www.esperesports.com) very soon and are looking to get the site splash page up within two weeks. We have a coder on standby to help our coding needs. We have obtained a webhosting sponsorship with nationvoice, who is also providing us with a ventrilo.

We are hoping to start off our name within one to two months, by picking up a team from any game (most likely from the Counter Strike series). We have a team who will be joining us once we've obtained them a server, they are called 4SaKen/Beyond Control. They have been together for 4 years and played in many Cal/Cevo-main seasons. Since we have run a team for almost a year, we have already gone through those many degrees of mistake/conflicts in which we now know how to handle.

We will be taking it one step at a time and only saying what we know and have planned for the next weeks.

We will need one server, and one server only. We don't want to ask for much seeing as it's coming out of your pocket, but with having a top tier team and contacts throughout the community; we are able to advertise you weekly on many league sites, ircs, and friends. Server we would like is, 11 slot Counter-Strike Source, with the location of Chicago, High CPU, and Hyper or Ultra-Accelerator
