Server rentals :: NFOservers.com

I used to rent a server through GameServers but heard through a friend that NuclearFallout was a million times better. So I purchased a server through here and I'm still in my 2 day trial. I waited for my server to be set up and recieved the email with my IP and info stating that I could access my server/FTP change my settings and such via my control panel.

I've been to my control panel a hundred times now and I only have an "Account" page with Main, Payments, Access/Events log and a "Log out" page. Nothing to do with my server/configuration. I've looked everywhere and have yet to find anything to do with my server. I think I might be having a blonde moment . Can anyone help?

You are in fact "having a blonde moment"

Look in your control panel for another tab named "mafia" under the Game Servers sub-section in the top left hand corner. This should guide you through configuring your server .

Attached is what it should look like.

MafiaShe, it sounds like either your server hasn't been fully set up yet or you are logging in under a different email than you used to order the server. If you are still having the problem now, please email us at rentals@nuclearfallout.net and we can check on this for you more thoroughly.

Thanks everyone! I did hear back from NFo.

For everyone who is getting a Halo server, NFo has had some fraud problems with halo servers, so they've had to go to a personal creation after screening. So it might take a bit longer to get your Server page in your control panel. Just email them.

We handle fraud-held orders as soon as we are notified of them by the system (it does this automatically), so no real need to email either (not that we mind) . Usually we see the email and notification right around the same time.
