If I were to buy a game server that holds 20 people in it, then run a mod called RPG MOD, and have other small plugins like bunny hop and such, would it be of any use? And also i heard it could boost your server in front of others in the server list, Is this true?

The need for high priority shouldn't actually come up since we have gobs of spare capacity on our top-end machines. We do not come anywhere close to overloading our servers ;).

The high priority option will not affect when you are shown in the Steam server list.
