When I signed up to rent a nuclearfallout server I selected that I would pay month to month and did not want to sign up for over a month.

Today I checked my bank account and it shows that I was billed for another month, even though I did not authorize such a charge, or signup longer than a month.

I have been a NFO customer for over a year, and I simply cant pay for a server this month, and I dont know how this happend.

How can I get a refund?... it has only been a few days since I was charged.

We only accept payments through Paypal subscriptions and Paypal makes them automatically (we make sure this is clear in our emails and Paypal makes sure it is clear on their signup page). These payments, based on your original authorization, continue until the subscription is cancelled, as we describe in the TOS.

To request an exception to our no-refund policy, you'd need to ask through email. But, it is a relatively firm policy.
