My last server i got my ip changed 4 times.

I abhor IP changes. Back when we only ran community servers, the IP changed every few months and I found it extremely aggravating (mainly because we lost so many players each time). That's why I make sure to give customers maximum warning when the IP needs to change, and generally avoid them whenever possible.
