Prior to starting with NFO I had been using Xenon servers to host my sites and servers, I won't go into details but after several areas of sub-par service a member of my communtiy suggested NFO servers.
After a bumpy start getting used to the less friendly User interface I quickly grew attached to the much greater freedom with server settings and site options, this coupled with the 40 less ping I receive (bringing me down to 180 (Australian(long story behind why I host an American community))) and the almost instantaneous customer support that is actually helpfull I have been quite happy with the service NFO has provided me these last 3 months.
