You can expect an answer in under five or ten minutes including in the early morning! I've never had a problem that the NFO support staff couldn't resolve for me. The co-owner John is also very prevalent in supporting us during our stay with NFO Servers. You can't find a better price for the quality of the servers and support that you receive. I see us staying with NFO Servers for a long time to come.
