Why are listed changes not what I wanted?

Post by kraze »

If you go to do a change and receive an error saying:
You have submitted a change order request that would erase one or more servers from your package:

NggBF3 (a Gameserver)
Nggsite (a Website)

Because we know that this is usually a mistake, we have disallowed erasures by default. If you truly wish to proceed and have server(s) removed, contact us, and we can provide you with a code to allow this.
.. it means that you have likely followed the change order instructions provided by the NFO-staff out of order. Keep in mind when you do a change order you need to select your current package and then make the adjustments.

As an example, if I wanted to raise the slot count on a Ventrilo server which is currently in the same package as a 16-slot BF3 server, I would need to go to the order page and select the 16-slot BF3 server, then select the new slot count for my Ventrilo server. If I submitted a straight Ventrilo server, the system would think I was trying to delete the game server from the package.
@Kraze^NFo> Juski has a very valid point
@Juski> Got my new signature, thanks!
@Kraze^NFo> Out of context!
@Juski> Doesn't matter!
@Juski> You said I had a valid point! You can't take it back now! It's out there!
