Lets start with support... quick response times, but aside from that... lacking big time. Not only were a majority of my questions replied back with really unhelpful responses, but some replies actually had nothing to do in regard to my question/s.
That's a very unusual complaint and I'm sorry that you feel that way. Did you escalate and talk to me at all?
If this is only about webhosting (and it sounds like it might be), then we actually don't provide direct software support, so the help that we can provide through our support system will be limited to problems with the platform.

Tonight, InterNAP had some very unusual problems with one of its upstreams (Savvis) in Seattle. They cleared these up, but there was rather extreme packet loss for many clients for up to an hour there, leading to very slow page loads for those people. There is an Event in your control panel about this.
We also had a problem last night with memory usage, due to a limitation in Apache in conjunction with DoS traffic, that forced us to restrict Apache processes more than usual temporarily, while we work on a permanent solution. We wrote about this in another Event.

Control Panel + Features ... NFO's resembles something I might expect from some guy in the ghetto running a server out of his basement.
Most hosts are pretty cookie cutter and use cPanel. We have a much simpler control panel here that I wrote. If you're accustomed to a different control panel, or aren't very familiar with using (for instance) SFTP, it makes sense that our utilitarian one might come as a bit of a shock, and that there will be somewhat of a learning curve.
The good news is that we actually have more capabilities than most other hosts, in terms of what you can run on, and do with, the webhosting. We're also less expensive because there isn't a control panel licensing fee involved

.
(From your screen shots, it also looks like your other hosting is a VPS, so this isn't really apples to apples.)
