Hi there, we have one regular 25 slot vent server for which we've paid somewhere around $8.00 this past month, upgraded recently from a 15 man, so we were charged $1.31 extra to make up for the difference in price, which was fine.
That was on August 4th. On August 23rd I received an email thanking me for my payment of $89.15 and I'm hoping to God this is some error in decimal placement and it will be refunded as soon as possible. I would really like to find a phone number to contact you on. I left my name and number in an email already.
Has this happened to anyone else? Is this a simple fix? I really hope so. This wasn't my account that was debited and I certainly don't want to ruin a friendship over it. Please let me know what I should do to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

89.15 corresponds to a 12-month lump server payment of a 25-slot Ventrilo server: https://www.nfoservers.com/order.php?ty ... players=25. When you changed your configuration on August 4, you had this choice selected.

In the last hour, you also emailed and contacted us in Live support about this. For specific billing questions, please use email exclusively. Forums do not work well for user-specific issues that require any level of security or privacy.

I have nothing but good things to say about this group. They helped me resolve the situation promptly and professionally and I cannot thank them enough.

I will continue to use their company for as long as I need a vent server. Thanks again for great service.

I agree with liz, and they haven't slapped us with any unneeded fees (unlike Gameservers)
