I brought up a valid concern and you lock the topic?
You brought up a concern in forums that in my opinion should have been emailed. It's fundamentally a private issue, not a public one. I responded to it, let you respond, responded again and closed the thread. As I said, if you have further concerns about this issue, email is the appropriate place to go.
I would think for your present customers protection, you could at least add some sort of restriction to your account name search engine.
A mechanism that would prevent others from using your clan name on your server? Yes, you could do that.
A search engine that would prevent them from running their own server with your clan name, here and everywhere else? No, I couldn't.
You and I have butted heads on other issues in the past, which you obviously remember well, judging by your response to my issues.
I don't specifically remember, no. Nick had to remind me after I posted. I simply responded to what you said, and reacted as professionally as I could to your slightly combative tone.
because of your "piss off" attitude whenever I have any issue with anything youve done.
We react as professionally as we can. Your tone was accusatory/angry, and naturally we won't respond as well to that as we would to a more detached tone.
If you choose to terminate our business relationship over this post, then so be it.
I don't plan to terminate anyone. You're still a good customer and I respect your opinion.
