Have you changed something about your server since you last ran a Websync operation? If so, you must restart your server, then run another Websync operation (via that page in your control panel) in order to copy over the updated cache file. Otherwise, connecting clients will see various errors, and the game won't work right.

It's annoying that Garrysmod requires that the cache file be transferred from the webhost, but unfortunately there is no way around it.
