i really like u guys and i want to buy one of your servers. everyone in my clan pings great great here except me.. i live in illinois and my isp is at&t
sometimes i ping 60-90 on your server but most times like now i ping 200+ . now i ask myself wtf. plz help. is there router problems that are going on now. cuz i need to know if this will be fixed. if it cant i will take business elsewhere. thank you for your time.

an update on this.

i went to your section where it says speed/locations.

and it said my ingame latency would be 62

Are you referring to InterNAP Seattle or to Verio LA? Could you email me your IP address and a traceroute from your machine to the server (IP address is most important)?
