Looking good!

Have you actually decided what kind of hardware you are going to put in it yet?

I'm going to use my main HW in my current pc for this build. I'll probably end up buying a new cpu, mb and ram in a few months but for now that is what its going to be.

Hardware:
Intel i7 2600k @ 5.2GHz
Asus Maximus IV Extreme
EVGA GTX 680 Hydro Copper (NEW)
Corsair Dominator GTX 8GB
Corsair Force GT SSD 240GB
Samsung Spinpoint 1TB (x2)
Recon3D Fatal1ty Champion

Watercooling: ALL NEW (Might go all black)
BlackIce SR1 560 RAD (x2)
EK Supreme HF Acetal +EN
EK ASUS Max4 Acetal +EN
EK Dominator Acetal + EN
Bitspower HDD (x2)
Bitspower fittings
Swiftech MCP655 Variable Speed, Bitspower Modded (x2)
Clear tubing – red or blue UV coolant? Might have to buy some different colors and test it under UV lights and figure out what I like the most.

Very nice hardware you have.

I am thinking the blue would look good but I would definitely test a few others just in-case.

Thanks man. Blue would probably look the best, but I'll buy a bunch of different colors when I order my leds.

Your memory seems a bit low for that proc. I'll snap pics soon with same proc and 16GB of memory, two cards in SLI.

It's been awhile but I today I had a chance to finish it. All I have to do is drill some holes for the tubing, should be here next week along with the two Black Ice SR1 560 radiators. After that it's off to be power coated.

Since this is only a prototype, the next desk will be in tolerance if I ever want to do a production run for some of my friends who want one... and much lighter, better looking and cheaper to manufacture. :D

Don't know yet, I think the powder coating alone cost about 300 but probably more. Once I program it for a production and limit the number of times it's handled I will have a good idea of what it would run. I'll probably work on that in a few days.

The 110mm holes, 130mm holes and some of the other cuts in the desk are not in tolerance. In the future it will have fan guards in the desk so you won't need to bother with mesh and other expensive products like radiator guards.

I have 2 GTX 480's so I just figured ill spend $240 on waterblocks rather than a $1000 for a new 690 from evga.

I'll probably upgrade at the end of the year, I don't have any performance issues with my 2 cards.

All that's left to do is make the hard drive stand out of some colored acrylic so it glows with the UV lights.

I have a few parts that are on back order so I will set it up probably on the 30th, give or take a few days.
