Well sorry to say but I really don't think this theme on this forum.

I have a few forum suggestions which are below:

- Switch to MyBB ( Really User Friendly )
- Get a new Theme I have one you can use if you wish
- Use multiple Tabs like my forum - http://tpsgaming.com/forums/index.php
I will send the plugin this way you can have Gaming section and hosting together making one big community.
- Custom User Bars
- Some cool Plugins Like awards ( I can supply all these plugins )

These are just a few but I believe it would attract user to the forums and would make one big community instead of two separate.

I could see a new theme in the near future, however it would be best if we went with something that matched our current site.

We try to minimize the use of plugins with the forum mostly because it can introduce problems such as exploits and usually they require more maintenance.

Switching to an entirely different forum system would be hard, considering the amount of post and users we have.

I personally kind of like our current layout, sometimes less is more, especially in the case of a business site.

The theme is not bad, Just I would like to see a few colors something people could look at for longer, Maybe match www.nfoservers.com

But you don't want the forum to be 100% serious it should have some things that just makes people want to keep coming back, make them love the community. In the end they will tell people about you and could equal more profit in the end.

phpBB is a good forum - no need to change that. I don't even mind the theme - I like things simple.

I wouldn't mind seeing the colors change to match nfo's main page.

Black and red. OMG i would be in love. (Black is my favorite color )



But as a business, they should keep it simple. It is not really a gaming community

You should change themes then, since the NFO theme is near black and red and not the blinding white and blue.

This isn't a large gaming community or a large community in general like Hack-Forums or Warez-BB, this is a company forum that is mainly used for support and some general topics, there is absolutely no need to have any of this.

Maybe this should be in the gaming section.

Should have an option to change template style for registered users to a darker style.
Sometimes it's a pain staring a bright forum.
I think John can make a simple red and black style in few minutes using this tool:

I'm not sure how people are missing this, but we already have that. I'm using a red and dark theme now on this forum. I don't like bright lights either.

Ah, I see it here, should make the option available at the bottom (style selector) instead of going into control panel.
I haven't used phpbb in almost 10 years now..
