scrap the vtf and vmt files, but the fast dl isn't working :/

i synced my css server with the FastDL, but no one is able to download anything besides 2 or 3 vtf and vmt files every time they join the server.

its a managed VDS, Filezilla, and it's not in use.

i am trying to upload some files, but every time i try, my FTP keeps saying

Command: STOR 640hud1.vtf
Response: 553 Could not create file.
Error: Critical file transfer error

i installed psychostats, but rank, top, ect commands don't work besides "psycho". i'm getting this error:

[psychostats_threaded_uni.smx] MySQL Error: Table 'fastdlserver_mysql.ps_plr' doesn't exist

how do i create it?

Me and a friend just got a 2 core dedicated server, and we're wondering if it comes with a Fast Download server, or how we can set one up?
