Re: Feature Request: Requiring subscriptions be paid via cof
Right, the 2nd option is already in place and happens automatically. My main personal request is to just have the option to require funding from the coffers location only.

Feature Request: Requiring subscriptions be paid via coffers
I'd like to suggest a feature for subscription payments -- allowing a package to require being funded via the account's coffers. So, if I opted a package into that feature, it would automatically cancel itself if the coffers did not contain enough funds to pay the server. This currently would be ver...

Re: APIs for product controls
Sorry, yes I should clarify it's server freezing that would be the case. The cause is running TF2 + various mods (e.g. saxton hale through sourcemod) which lend themselves to be quite popular and thus a busy server, however stability of such mods isn't always the greatest; while monitoring to force ...

Re: APIs for product controls
Copying this from my dupe thread :) My main scenario would be for server monitoring in case a restart is needed; rather than relying on the built in service that checks every 5 minutes for the server being offline, I can roll my own monitoring solution to kick a server back to life after 1-2 minutes...

API for managed installs
This is a feature request I'd love to see implemented at some point -- having an API for managed servers to perform basic functions like start/stop/reboot a server. My main scenario would be for server monitoring in case a restart is needed; rather than relying on the built in service that checks ev...

Re: Debugging mysterious VDS reboots in CentOS
I don't see an edit so I guess I'll double post :) Updated the kernel, and did a manual reboot...and now comparing the logs my reboot has much more verbose logs with various services shutting down, etc. Whereas the unexpected reboot was just the sudden restart. So I guess that would rule out my shot...

Re: Debugging mysterious VDS reboots in CentOS
I'm not running the latest kernel no, updating now.
In /var/log/messages I do see:
Aug 11 23:18:04 kelvin syslogd 1.4.1: restart.
Indicating a restart...but no clues as to why. I do have cpanel set to handle upgrading software but I'm not aware of it being able to kick off system reboots...

Debugging mysterious VDS reboots in CentOS
I've got a VDS running CentOS 5.6, setup as a single core web server running cpanel/apache/mysql etc. In the past week it's rebooted 3 times -- extremely unexpected and undesirable. Any tips on where to look through system logs to figure out what's going on? Looking through apache logs I see various...
