Will find a way - and no problem, just thought another member of the community might have had same experience and worked it out.
Will post resolution in due course.

Re: GPLPV Installation Issues on Windows 2008 R2
Cannot see anything in Windows logs.. however if generating a log file through GPLPV installation package I see issues. The last few lines (the are quite a few before) are looking like this (at the point of the install "hanging"): DIFXAPP: INFO: driver store entry for 'C:\Program Files (x8...

Re: GPLPV Installation Issues on Windows 2008 R2
This issue is on a VDS I created on one of your Dedicated Servers with XCP. After a fresh install of Windows 2008 R2 I tried to install "gplpv_Vista2008x64_signed_0.11.0.372". The installation doesn't complete.. left it over night and still no progress. To be more accurate - I first tried ...

GPLPV Installation Issues on Windows 2008 R2
Downloaded the latest signed GPLPV drivers and cannot complete the installation of them on a fully updated installation of Windows 2008 R2 (a VDS on a dedicated server). I've tried loading the OS in test mode - but the installation sticks about 60% of the way through the install. The created VDS is ...

Dedicated Server ISO Upload Issues - Linux Newbie
On a dedicated server installed with XCP I'm trying to upload a 3Gb ISO (and would like the option of adding more). However it's ending up in a 4Gb partition (/dev/sda1).. well some of it obviously - before it runs out of space. I have a couple of questions: 1) When that 4Gb partition becomes full (...

Re: Cannot open Port 14242..
Trying to see if Guncraft is worth hosting.. the server-side software is supposed to be listening on that Port. Also as I'm running IE and testing that Port (using that site) from the Server - isn't that listening?

Re: MW3 on VDS - "No Steam Master Servers found.."
I check the Firewall on the server and noted that although Inbound rules had been created for TDP and UDP - there were none for Outbound.. this resolved my problem

BF3: Starting the game with less than 7 players?
I have a virtual server hosting BF3 ( I don't seem to have permission to start a new thread in the BF3 forum ) and would like to know how to get the game started with less than 7 players.. preferably 0 players - but otherwise 2. At the moment each time I log in to my empty server I get a message say...
