I'm pretty sure they aren't offering the sale for hybrid, two reasons below: 1) If you look where the number of slots are, and you select New York City (just a example) it was say Special Price next to the 16 slots, however if you select LA Hybrid, it doesn't say it. 2) If you look what they say on ...

Hey Nick, you guys should add a auto-installer for that, it would be nice.

some people will try to blame it on someone else, usally they are just making up some story and you shouldn't listen to them.

actally it has something to do with how much it records into the server logs, after that I can't tell you what it means.
