A quick question, are you the primary renter? Or is there someone with more access to this server instance? Please let me know.

Re: Pretty slow connection speed.
Hello! In the past I have tried to install a selfhosted vpn on a vps, however it resulted in mega slow speeds, around 1-5mbps even though I have a 500mbps connection. I have a suspicion it's due to my location and the server location, because the average ping is around 100. However I am not seeing ...

Re: SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
At this time it is possible yes, Valve has been notified of the issue of UK players not being able to see the servers as well. So hopefully "fingers cross" They will be able to correct this. But moving it to the US would cause the browser to work correctly. Another option is to connect by ...

Re: MySQL Pointshop .sql files for counterstrike:source
You can use phpmyadmin still, it requires you install it on the webspace. And is an included auto installer. We just cannot offer support for how to do it through our request system.
One you import the files it appears you know what to do. If not please let us know.

Re: Terrafirmacraft SMP Installation
I am no expert on mods here, however trying every which way I know yielded the same results. With a corrupt or invalid .jar file. I am not sure past that as I had read several different help pages with no luck.
Hopefully one of the more minecrafty support techs can point out the mistake for us

Re: Punkbuster outdated?
BooYahRadley: have you sent in a support request for this issue? I know John has send out a system wide command to update the base files for PB so this should not be an issue. However running a repair may be a way to get this resolved. So please send in a request if this has not yet been resolved.

Re: [HELP] Updating Server - Garrysmod
That is correct, the update caused some issues so they have rolled it back. I am not sure but would assume a client side patch will make Gmod servers playable if they have not been updated yet.

Re: Using VPS as reverse proxy?
This may be best handled through a Support request. However for the most part if it is not "illegal" Or a violation of our Terms of Use. Then it is accepted. To be sure however please send in a request and we can send it over to John our CEO to confirm that it would be fine.
