In your server control panel, if you go to the access tab you can add a second DNS indentifier to point to your server.

STEAM_0:0:2053376 is your steamid. The other numbers are time connected and so on.

We currently have CS - AMX .9.9 - ATAC 2.5.3 working without any issues on our server. Have you tried the latest version of AMX and compiling ATAC with that?

put the steamid in quotes. amx_ban 0 "STEAMID_0:0:12345"
or ban by authid amx_ban 0 #1234

Put the # in front of the authid

amx_ban 0 #312 or amx_ban 0 "STEAMID_0:0:1234"
amx_kick #312

you can also use partial names, like superman, amx_ban 0 super or amx_kick super

download the correct file... .dll for win32, .so for linux. put it in your addons/amx/dlls directory, and add a line to the AMX modules.ini like

addons/amx/dlls/D2Tools.dll

The plugin might need udp.inc. That file was not included in the 9.6j release.

You can see if there's an updated plugins for 1.6 or try compiling with the latest AMXMOD and includes.
