This would be a problem with your DarkRP gamemode, i would recommend just re-installing it and if it still doesn't work go the DarkRP forums and ask someone there. http://forum.darkrp.com/

1. You navigate to 'Easy setup' in your control panel. 2. You scroll down to the 'Garrysmod-specific settings' 3.
